Sunday AMs are for waking up to quirky shows. Haven't seen an ep. of this since it was on. and I have to say, it is fucking fantastic. And dig this, ep. 2 has Darla.

She was in the biggest movies of her day, and her natural talent only showcased her range and depth for an actor’s craft. She’s Darla the Dog, and we pay tribute to her in Episode 38: The ‘Burbs (one of her finest performances).

While re-watching “Silence of the Lambs”, couldn’t help but notice that Precious looked awfully familiar. Turns out, her real name was Darla, and she was arguably the star in a handful of my favorite celluloid moments.

Never trust a poodle that can talk. She was a girl boss for sure, not to be messed with! Episode 2, The Retainer. Patrick LaBrecque played Steve Konkalweski, Omri Katz played Marshall Teller, Justin Shenkarow played Simon Holmes, and Lauri Hendler played the voice of the fearless Darla aka FiFi!
